Once the relevant service has been accessed, delivered or started, fees are generally non-refundable except where the policy or applicable law provides otherwise.

How do I request a refund?

Refund requests should be sent to info@esgproinvest.com with the participant's name, registered email, mobile number, program, purchase date, transaction ID, amount paid, reason and supporting documents where requested. The current policy says ESGPro generally aims to communicate a decision within 7 business days after receiving the information needed to assess the request.
